Organizational Culture is defined as the way in which members of an organization relate to each other, their work and the outside world in comparison to other organizations. It can either enable or hinder an organization's strategy.

At Razalution, we utilize Culture Factor Multi-Focus Model on Organizational Culture. This is a strategic tool aimed at helping organizations to become more effective by ensuring you get a detailed picture of:
